When you create something, your only choice is to create it in your image. Your products, your culture, your communication patterns, your team’s behavior. All of it. Imago Dei.

My mother is a therapist, and she taught me something I use every day in my coaching practice. When kids are in therapy, there’s always a secret patient. It’s the parents. They just don’t know it yet.
