You can see exactly what’s happening. Too bad they can’t.
You’ve watched it long enough to know the pattern. The same arguments, different meetings.
The same leader creating the same bottleneck.
Good people leaving and giving the same reasons on their way out.
You’re not imagining it. There’s a problem.
A big one.
And it’s not going to fix itself.
You know as well as I do that walking up to a high-achieving leader and saying “the issue is you” isn’t going to land the way you want it to – no matter how carefully you phrase it.
That’s where I come in.

The problem isn't the people. It's the environment.
Most leadership teams aren't struggling because they hired the wrong people. They're struggling because someone - usually the boss - built an environment that makes those struggles inevitable.
Misalignment. Passive agreement in the room, complaints in the hallway. Decisions that should take an hour taking three weeks. Accountability
that only flows one direction.
Those aren't personality problems - they're architectural ones.
And the person who built the architecture is almost always the last one to see it.
What leadership team coaching actually looks like
This isn't a team-building retreat.
There are no trust falls.
We work with your leadership team to surface the specific dynamics that are limiting performance - clearly, directly and in a way that respects the intelligence and accomplishments of everyone in the room.
Nobody feels ambushed. Nobody feels blamed. But everybody gets honest.
Here's what we do:
Identify the Patterns - the specific behaviors and defaults that have embedded in how the team operates.
Name the dynamics - out loud, together, in a way that creates shared understanding instead of defensiveness
Redesign how the team works - meetings, decisions, accountability, communication. Not in theory. In practice.
Install structures that hold - so the changes don't depend on willpower or the leader having a good week.
The result isn't just better meetings. It's a team that moves faster, holds each other accountable without confrontation, and stops losing good people to problems that were always fixable.

This isn't an attack.
It's a re-architecture
The leader isn't the problem. This isn't about personal attacks. The unconscious behaviors environment is the problem. he pattern isn't always created by one person. Sometimes the whole team plays a role in it.
Struggling leadership teams are usually about misalignment, being stuck in the same arguments, poor decision-making processes or just plain stagnation.
B
The result isn't just better meetings - it's faster growth, better alignment, more accountability and more fun.

How to bring this change to your organization.
If you're an HR leader, COO, Chief of Staff, Board member or senior leader who's been watching this play out - and you're ready to do something about it - here's how this typically starts.
We have a conversation. You tell me the behaviors you're seeing. I ask you a bunch of questions and give you my thoughts and recommendations right there on the call.
We determine if what I do is the right fit. (If not, I can give you advice on what to do instead).
No pitch. No proposal. Just a conversation with some options for you to consider.
From there, we can start with the full team, individual team members or a Leadership Diagnostic Workshop.
Are you ready to make a change?
