Individual Coaching
This is one-on-one coaching for leaders who are ready to see the patterns they built that everyone also already sees (but is too scared to talk to you about).
We’ll identify the specific patterns limiting the growth of you and/or your team, and then we’ll interrupt them at the moment they’re triggered. In the process, we will build the kind of leadership behavior that actually last a lifetime.
This isn’t about becoming a different person. It’s about leading like the person you already are, but without those pesky habits that are getting in your way.
Think of it this way: You’ve been trying to run a race with your shoelaces tied together and you just don’t realize that’s happening. I’m going to show you the shoelaces and help you untie them. Hypothetically, of course. I hope your shoelaces aren’t actually tied together.

Leadership Team Coaching
The pattern isn’t always created by one person. Sometimes the whole team plays a role in it.
Struggling leadership teams are usually about misalignment, being stuck in the same arguments, poor decision-making processes or just plain stagnation.
But those behaviors aren’t the primary problem, they’re just the symptom. The problem is that someone built an environment that supports those behaviors, and everybody’s adapted to it.
We will identify the dynamics, help everybody understand them, and then redesign how the team actually operates together.
