What the Leadership Diagnostic Workshop Is
It’s a 90-minute session designed to help you identify and acknowledge the specific patterns shaping how you lead right now.
It’s not about your values or your goals.
And we don’t do some useless 5-year vision.
This is all about your patterns. You’ll uncover the unconscious operating system that is controlling all your behavior, communication and decision-making. Including the parts you don’t like.
The Leadership Diagnostic Workshop is not coaching. It’s not even a sales pitch for coaching.
It’s not a personality assessment either. In fact, you should look at my thoughts on why you are not your personality test.
The Leadership Diagnostic Workshop is a diagnostic. It’s right there in the name.
A diagnostic tells you what’s actually going on before anyone recommends a treatment. Because you have to be diagnosed before you know what needs fixing. The proverbial horse needs to go before the proverbial cart.
Unfortunately, most leaders skip the diagnostic part entirely and go straight to solutions for problems that may not even be accurately assessed.

From there, we map the patterns underneath your specific situation.
The thing I’ve learned after decades of leadership work is that what you think is the problem is almost never really the problem. Oftentimes what you think is a problem is really just a symptom.
The leader who has difficulty delegating isn’t struggling with task management.
The person whose team keeps underperforming isn’t dealing with a talent problem.
The one who says they don’t know how to have difficult conversations isn’t having a challenge with communication.
The patterns go much deeper than the symptom, and they’re almost always in your blindspot.

We look at what you’re doing, what environment you’ve built, and what unconscious logic is keeping both of them working the way they do. What You’ll Walk Out With

Q: How is this different from a coaching consultation?
This is not coaching and it’s not a consultation. Coaching consultations are conversations about whether you want to do coaching. The Leadership Diagnostic Workshop actually does the diagnosis. You’re not in the workshop talking about whether the process is useful – you’re actually doing the process.
