I’ve done coaching before and it didn’t stick. Why is this different?
Most coaching treats symptoms. You can’t solve problems by just treating symptoms. This workshop gets to the root cause – the unconscious patterns driving your behavior.

I’m pretty self-aware. Is this still for me?
Self-awareness is actually a benefit to this process. Blind spots aren’t caused by a lack of self-awareness. And you can’t see blind spots with self-awareness. That’s why they’re called blind spots.

I genuinely don’t have 90 minutes.
The workshop lasts between 75-90 minutes. No shorter version exists. Every minute is structured and purposeful. Most attendees say it’s the most important 90 minutes they’ve spent for their career.
